Experience Program
First Day
- 8:30 AM – Start of the course with the preparation of bread with direct dough.
- Following – Creation, filling, and baking of pizzas, focaccias, and soft milk buns.
- 10:30 AM – Coffee break.
- 2:00 PM – Lunch with a tasting of the freshly baked products.
- After lunch – Shaping of the natural leavened bread, allowing for a slow overnight rise.
Second Day
- 8:00 AM – Baking of the natural leavened bread and breakfast together with the freshly baked bread.
- End of the course – Opportunity to take home the bread made together, as a delicious memory of the experience.
