It was 1985 when dad and mum, Ferruccio Thedy and Silvana Bethaz respectively, opened the doors of the ‘Scoiattolo’, a small and characteristic mountain hotel. Many years have passed, the hotel has been renovated, refurbished and enlarged, but the heart of hospitality is the same, because the warmth and friendliness of our house is made up of the people, not only the family itself but all our collaborators. We want our motto to be: ‘it’s the people who make the difference’.

The Scoiattolo Hotel is an awareness of life. Our team is a family and this is the way we work with each other. Sometimes it is chaotic, sometimes it is noisy, sometimes we are quiet, but we always put our heart and soul into it. The values of self-responsibility, sustainability, awareness, respect and team spirit accompany us in our daily work and shape our actions.
