Every moment of the day is an opportunity to be delighted by our preparations. Starting from the rich breakfast with organic products, the restaurant cared with passion and that offers seasonal products, km 0 and linked to the Aosta Valley tradition, up to a prestigious wine list to accompany tasty dishes.
Delicious, rich and suitable for everyone: from breakfast we reserve a particular attention to organic products and the territory.
It is Served as buffet at the restaurant with hot, cold, sweet and savory; juices; coffee and much more.
Following the footsteps of Silvana, the restaurant is personally run by her daughter Azzurra and her nephew Leonardo. The rich dishes, tasty and cared in every ingredient, are able to give to the tastebuds that taste that the good memories need to be kept in the heart.
Among the classic dishes, stand out those of the Aosta Valley tradition, revisited in a slightly more modern way. In addition to the passion of our chefs, fundamental importance is the choice of the raw material: linked to the seasonality, possibly of the territory (when not at Km 0), but always, unavoidably of the highest quality. The meal is then completed by bread and homemade cakes.
The Bar is an island of refreshment where you can regenerate; it is bright and modern, but at the same time retains the charm and design typical of mountain environments. Open from 7.30 am to 1.00 am (midnight in summer), it offers Guests coffee service, Wines&Drink and a rich Food card to have a snack during the day, waiting to fully delight at the restaurant.
Hotel Lo Scoiattolo has a vegetable garden of about 1,000 square meters, personally cared for by Umberto’s passion and love for the land and its fruits. Salad, chard, zucchini, green beans, leeks, cabbage, celery and carrots, herbs and potatoes (white and red): all products that Chef Azzurra uses in the kitchen to prepare delicious dishes. The products are used freshly picked and are not treated so as to keep intact all their fragrance and flavor.
Compotes, jams, Valle d’Aosta apple juice, chestnuts and many more are the products that come from the family’s artisan business.
The Winery is well-stocked with all typical products of the Aosta Valley and a good number of prestigious national labels.
